Gemma created the Beauty Lounge in 2009. With over 30 years experience, Gemma has gained a wealth of knowledge within the beauty industry. Spending 3 years managing the beauty department at Fenwicks and over 10 years treating Virgin Atlantics upper-class clients, Gemma ensures her clients receive first class treatments with every visit. A true expert in all aspects of beauty therapy.

Amy has been with Beauty Lounge for over 3 years and studied beauty therapy at college with our Sarah. Amy’s calming and witty approach is loved by clients. Her expertise is waxing, gel nails and Dermalogica skin treatments.

Sophia joined us in 2021. She has a laid back approach and quiet, calming manor. She has been in the beauty industry for 7 years and is a nail specialist, she is the go to for nail art.

Claire joined us in 2014, and has been with us for over 10 years. With her calming and relaxed approach Claire always makes everyone feel at ease. She enjoys all aspects of beauty therapy. Claire is now back with us part time after having her little boy Jude in 2022.

Ellie joined the team in early 2023. Straight away fitting in with the team, her infectious personality makes us all laugh daily. She is a Dermalogica Expert and passionate about all things lashes, hot waxing and nails.

Sarah joined the Beauty Lounge family in 2013, now being assistant manager to the team. With a rich experience in beauty, Sarah’s meticulous work, calming and relaxing nature proves very popular with her clients. Her expertise is Dermalogica and CACI facial treatments.

Natasha joined the Beauty Lounge family in 2013 as our part-time receptionist. Always entertaining the clients (and therapists!) and keeping the salon looking immaculate.

Molly joined us in 2022 as our level 3 apprentice. She is now fully qualified and an Alumni for Canterbury College. Molly enjoys all treatments and specialises in nails and pedicures.

Leigh has been part of the Beauty Lounge family since 2015 with over 10 years’ experience in Beauty Therapy. With Leigh’s effortless precision and attentive eye, her specialities are all things eyelashes and nails.

Jade joined the Beauty Lounge family as our apprentice in 2015. With Jade qualifying in Beauty Therapy level 2. Jade left to have a baby and re-joined us in 2023 and become our Salon Operations Manger. Jade helps Gemma run a smooth and successful business behind the scenes.

Naomi has been with Beauty Lounge since 2016 . Naomi started with us as a apprentice studying level 3 beauty therapy. She has since then grown to be a wonderful Beauty Therapist and now head therapist. Naomi specialises in Hd brow sculpt, LVL Lashes and Semi-permanent make up.
